Daikichi Co. Ltd (hereinafter, referred to as "the head office") manages "One Way System" in which high quality drinking water (hereinafter, referred to as "the present product") is sold in the form of home delivery.
The present terms are applied to the customer who concludes the usage agreement of a drinking water home delivery service (hereinafter, referred to as "the present service") according to "One Way System" with the head office or its distributor agents.

The customer is requested to provide the following information according to the format defined by the head office, at the time of requesting the present service.
(Hereinafter, the respective pieces of information provided will be collectively referred to as "basic delivery rule".)

Product quantity for one delivery

The head office and the distributor agents regularly deliver the present product to the customer according to the basic delivery rule.

When the customer wants to change the basic delivery rule, please change it via the following web site or make contact with the following customer service center according to the format defined by the head office.

When the customer's name, address, etc. provided are changed, the customer is requested to report the change to the head office or the distributor agents without any delay.

If the delivery documents sent from the head office or the distributor agents fail to be delivered due to no submission of the change report, it is regarded as delivered to the customer at normal delivery timing unless there is such an unavoidable circumstance that prohibits the submission of the change report.

The customer is requested to pay the service charge as per the attached sheet to the head office or the distributor agents.

The service charge is closed at the end of each month and paid at the specified date of the next month by automatic deduction from the customer's bank account.
If the customer uses a credit card, the payment policy is complied with the card company.

If we couldn't confirm the payment, we might issue a reminder letter.

If we couldn't confirm the payment continuously, we will stop the home delivery of the "one way system" products.

If the payment was not settled past the due date, we charge, on the delivered products, an annual interest of 16.6% as liquidated damages from the following day of the due date.

convenience, cost and the carriage of our regulations are asked
for.

customer according to the delivery basis rule.

the next day.

Please receive and pay the server 5,250 yen from this service
use beginning as a time fee at the stop of less than one year.

Afterwards, it assumes the responsibility of
the implementation about customer's debt to the headquarters
or the sales agent who caused it for the service use period
when there are promptly payment [tadakumonotoshi] and the remainder
debt when the customer ends this contract.

When the customer corresponds to either of the
following reason, the headquarters or the sales agent can cancel
the stop of this service or this service use contract with the
customer no notification in any way and notifying.

When the customer like the name and the
address, etc. is specific and declares false of the fact
that lies judged of the confidence situation when applying
for the customer.
(2)

Article 3 The payment of a prescribed use
charge when delaying.

When customer's credit standing deteriorates.
(4)

When headquarters and sales agent's honor
is damaged, and other rights are impaired.
(5)

When there is an act of becoming troubled
of other customers.
(6)

When it violates the obligation in this
rule, and mutual trust is destroyed remarkably.

When the headquarters or the sales agent
judges the delivery to the customer to be improper by circumstances
to which this paragraph each title applies.
(8)

When there is no report from the last this
service offer to the headquarters or the sales agent and
this service is interrupted temporarily by four months.
In this case, Article 6 clause 2 is applied.

The customer loses the benefit of term of all
the debts based on this rule, and assumes the one to pay the
full amount of the debt at once for the preceding clause.

The headquarters and the sales agent's being
not able to provide this service
The headquarters and the sales agent escape the implementation
responsibility and the onus of damage by either of the following
circumstances.

When you receive the natural disaster and
the disaster of strange ground etc.
(2)

When the law is enacted, is reorganized,
and offered administrative guidance.
(3)

When an important reason why the management
of this service is difficult is caused.
(4)

Additionally, when the reason similar to
each title the former is caused.

preceding clause are canceled, the headquarters and the sales
agent can stop the service offer to the customer toward the
future.

The damage caused because the customer used
this service against conditions of release of a prescribed Article
5 is assumed to be the one that the headquarters and the sales
agent do not assume any responsibility.

When the server is damaged because the customer
uses the water server against conditions of release of a prescribed
Article 5, it is likely to pay it off for the quotation corresponding
of a server concerned.

The headquarters and the sales agent acquire
customer's (individual who belongs to the organization when
the customer is corporate) individual information for the following
purposes and occasionally use it.

Report in deliveries of commodity and service,
etc. of headquarters and sales agent, claim, settlements
in price or correspondences to inquiry and emergencies or
maintenance and management of contract
(2)

Headquarters and sales agent's commodities
and guides of service and various campaigns, etc.
(3)

Headquarters, sales agent's commodity, marketing
of service, and sales promotion
(4)
-
Correspondence to inquiry concerning headquarters
and sales agent's commodities and services
(5)
-
Correspondence to inquiry of individual
information of headquarters

The headquarters and the sales agent never offer
the third party individual information.
However, a part of business might be consigned to an outside
trader for providing with the commodity and service (deliver
and send out).
